                  Where a separate agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall prevail in relation to the delivery of the service.<\/p>\n

                  These Website Terms govern only the general use of the Website and initial purchase process.<\/p>\n

                  7. No Refund Policy<\/h2>\n

                  Due to the nature of digital education, mentoring capacity allocation and programme planning, all payments are final<\/strong> unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<\/p>\n

                  Failure to attend sessions, lack of execution, or changes in personal circumstances do not create entitlement to a refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                  8. Scheduling of 1:1 Sessions<\/h2>\n

                  Where Users purchase individual mentoring sessions:<\/p>\n

                    sessions must be scheduled using the designated booking system<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Users must attend at the agreed time with an adequate internet connection<\/p>\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                    Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the session being considered consumed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                    The Company may reschedule sessions where reasonably necessary due to illness, technical issues or force majeure.<\/p>\n

                    9. Community and Behaviour Rules<\/h2>\n

                    Users participating in communities, programmes or group environments must maintain respectful and professional conduct<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                    The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n

                      The Company reserves the right to remove content, restrict access or terminate participation where these rules are violated.<\/p>\n

                        Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence<\/strong> for personal educational use only.<\/p>\n

                          11. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

                              The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:<\/p>\n

                                pandemics<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                                widespread telecommunications failures<\/p>\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                14. Suspension or Termination<\/h2>\n
