Where a separate agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall prevail in relation to the delivery of the service.
These Website Terms govern only the general use of the Website and initial purchase process.
7. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital education, mentoring capacity allocation and programme planning, all payments are final unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Failure to attend sessions, lack of execution, or changes in personal circumstances do not create entitlement to a refund.
8. Scheduling of 1:1 Sessions
Where Users purchase individual mentoring sessions:

sessions must be scheduled using the designated booking system

Users must attend at the agreed time with an adequate internet connection
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the session being considered consumed.
The Company may reschedule sessions where reasonably necessary due to illness, technical issues or force majeure.
9. Community and Behaviour Rules
Users participating in communities, programmes or group environments must maintain respectful and professional conduct.
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

harassment or abusive behaviour

discrimination or threats

spam or unsolicited promotion

mass direct messaging for sales purposes

sharing confidential information of other participants
The Company reserves the right to remove content, restrict access or terminate participation where these rules are violated.
Such actions do not create a right to refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials including, but not limited to:

templates

frameworks

methodologies

course structures

branding and visual assets
are the exclusive intellectual property of Rex Elite FZCO or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only.

create derivative programmes based on the materials
without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality
Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

Unauthorised disclosure may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the service giving rise to the claim.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

widespread telecommunications failures
14. Suspension or Termination

15. External Platforms

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
